• Overseeing the entire process, from procurement, standard quotes, and order handling to after-sales and service.
• Achieving high efficiency in service and support with precise documentation, working closely with sales, finance, and marketing to ensure that our operations align with customer needs and financial targets.
• Being engaged both in-office and on the production floor to stay involved in daily operations and technical projects.
• Resource planning, optimizing resource allocation, and managing budgets. Analyzing, developing, and optimizing processes for continuous improvement.
• Participating in strategic decision-making and long-term planning with senior management.
