YOUR PRIMARY TASKS WILL INCLUDE

Greeting visitors and answering the phone

Ordering food for the canteen and purchasing office supplies

Handling accounts payable

Booking business travel and processing travel expenses for employees

Providing administrative support for our health & safety and quality management systems (AMO and ISO9001)
WE EXPECT THAT YOU

Are organised, independent, and have a good sense of order

Are friendly and thrive in an outgoing role

Have experience with the Microsoft Office suite – especially Excel and Word
-
Have knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (an advantage, not a requirement)

Have experience with administrative tasks, preferably from similar roles
