YOUR PRIMARY TASKS WILL INCLUDE

  • Greeting visitors and answering the phone

  • Ordering food for the canteen and purchasing office supplies

  • Handling accounts payable

  • Booking business travel and processing travel expenses for employees

  • Providing administrative support for our health & safety and quality management systems (AMO and ISO9001)

 

WE EXPECT THAT YOU

  • Are organised, independent, and have a good sense of order

  • Are friendly and thrive in an outgoing role

  • Have experience with the Microsoft Office suite – especially Excel and Word

  • Have knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (an advantage, not a requirement)

  • Have experience with administrative tasks, preferably from similar roles
