Programmer / System Developer

Would you like to work with programming and the development of control systems for custom-designed technical solutions?

AS SCAN in Hvide Sande is looking for a programmer / system developer who wants to help develop and program control systems for our mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems. Our solutions are used in areas such as wind energy, Power-to-X, industry and maritime applications.

You will become part of a strong technical environment where we work closely together across design, production, assembly and service. This position is for someone who is motivated by making technology work in practice – from system design and programming to testing and the final solution.

About the job

As a programmer / system developer, you will work with control systems for custom-designed machines and systems where reliability, precision and user-friendliness are essential.

Your tasks will include:

• Programming controllers for mobile applications
• Developing and optimising control systems for hydraulics, gears, motors and electrical systems
• Working with motor controllers, frequency converters and dimensioning
• Testing, troubleshooting and commissioning
• Documenting system design and technical solutions
• Collaborating with colleagues in engineering, production and assembly

About you

You have a technical background and experience with programming or the design and construction of electrical control systems. Your education could, for example, be as an automation technologist, electrician, industrial technician, marine engineer or another relevant technical background.

We imagine that you:

• Have experience with programming
• Understand electrical controls and industrial systems
• Ideally have knowledge of Danfoss PLUS+1
• Have knowledge of motor controllers, frequency converters or hydraulics
• Are able to work systematically with documentation
• Enjoy both development and practical problem-solving

You do not need to know everything from day one. The most important thing is that you have a solid technical interest and want to become part of a young environment where we develop solutions together.
