Quality Manager

Your key responsibilities

As Quality Manager, you will be responsible for our management systems and ongoing quality activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining and further developing our ISO 9001 quality management system

• Planning and conducting internal audits

• Preparing and coordinating external certification and customer audits

• Following up on observations, non-conformities and corrective actions

• Keeping procedures, work instructions and quality documentation up to date and easy to use

• Supporting complaint handling, root cause analyses and improvement initiatives

• Preparing quality objectives, key performance indicators and input for management reviews

• Turning opportunities for improvement into tangible initiatives across the organisation

• Leading our efforts towards ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification

This role combines a systematic mindset with a practical approach. You should therefore enjoy being visible throughout the organisation, asking questions and working with colleagues to find solutions that create value in their daily work.

Your profile

We expect you to have a background in quality management within a manufacturing, project-based or technical company. You may have a relevant technical qualification, such as a degree in production technology, marine engineering, engineering or a related field. However, your specific educational background is less important than your professional expertise and proven results within quality management.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has solid knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems

• Is confident planning, conducting and following up on internal audits

• Can turn standards and customer requirements into simple, practical processes

• Works in a structured manner and follows tasks through to completion

• Has a good technical understanding and an eye for both detail and the bigger picture

• Communicates clearly in both Danish and English

Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, supplier audits, environmental management or occupational health and safety would be an advantage but is not essential.
