AS SCAN is acquiring a majority stake in Jysk Montage due to our growth and the need for additional strong competencies to support our continued planned expansion in the coming years. We are experiencing significant growth across all our business areas and have therefore decided to invest in new colleagues in Lemvig to support our ongoing development.
As of June 30, 2025, AS SCAN will acquire 75% of the shares in Jysk Montage 2021 ApS, located in Lemvig. The remaining 25% will continue to be owned by Flemming Kamstrup Hansen, who will remain as Plant Manager at Jysk Montage.
Jysk Montage is a metalworking company established in 1993. It provides all types of welding work, pipe and machine installations, as well as complete systems. Today, the company employs 23 skilled workers and has a strong local presence in Lemvig.
This acquisition enables AS SCAN to attract and expand the number of employees in both Hvide Sande and Lemvig.

AS SCAN’s history dates back to 1962 under the name Havnens Motor Værksted, with a primary focus on ship repair for local fishermen in and around Hvide Sande. The company later changed its name to AS Scan A/S and has since expanded its product range to serve Maritime, Industrial, and Energy customers.
